AI Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This AI Policy explains how Designed for Destiny / D4D Method ("we", "us", "our") uses artificial intelligence inside the 7-Day Client Challenge, the D4D Coach, and related tools (the "Service"). It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice — if any of those documents conflict with this one on an AI-specific point, this policy controls.
The short version
- Your inputs are never used to train AI models. We use zero-data-retention, no-training API endpoints from our providers.
- AI is a co-pilot, not a guru. Everything the coach writes is a starting point. You stay the decision-maker for your business.
- We disclose what's AI. Coaching feedback, "Write It For Me" copy, audits, and reports are AI-generated unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
- You own the output you generate. Subject to the responsibilities below.
1. Where we use AI
AI powers the following features inside the Service:
- Coaching feedback on your daily challenge answers, vision work, and workbook entries.
- "Write It For Me" deliverables — rewritten landing-page copy, ad copy, DM scripts, partnership pitches, audience plans, and similar drafts.
- Website and social audits, including the free hero audit, the social leak report, and the monthly result report.
- Brand Twin Studio — AI image generation and editing in your brand style.
- Voice features — speech-to-text for voice journaling, and text-to-speech for the daily hook.
- Email and content suggestions — daily hooks, weekly digests, monthly drops, story prompts.
2. AI providers we use
We route AI requests to a small set of vetted providers. We choose them for capability, safety record, and contractual commitments on data handling.
- OpenAI (GPT family) — text reasoning, coaching, and drafting.
- Google (Gemini family) — text reasoning, audits, multimodal analysis, and image generation (including Nano Banana / Gemini image models).
- ElevenLabs — speech-to-text and text-to-speech for voice features.
- Lovable AI Gateway — the routing layer that sits in front of the above providers. It does not retain your prompts or outputs for training.
We may add or change providers as the technology evolves. When we do, we hold new providers to the same standards described below.
3. How we handle your inputs
- No training on your content. Your prompts, answers, "God ideas," uploaded images, voice recordings, and any other inputs are sent to our AI providers only to generate your response. We use their zero-data-retention and no-training API endpoints, which contractually prohibit those providers from using your content to train their general-purpose models.
- Minimum-necessary data. We send providers only what's needed to produce your output (e.g., your answer plus the relevant prompt template). We don't bundle in unrelated account data, other users' content, or your payment details.
- Encryption. All AI traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your stored coaching content is encrypted at rest in our database.
- Access controls. Row-level security ensures one user can never see another user's coaching, vision work, or AI outputs, not even by accident.
- Retention. AI outputs are stored in your account so you can come back to them. You can delete any entry, or request full account deletion, at any time by emailing hello@d4dclientchallenge.com.
- No sale of your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your inputs or AI outputs with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party outside the providers listed above.
4. Accuracy, limits, and human oversight
AI is powerful, but it is not infallible. The coach can be wrong, out of date, or confidently miss nuance about your business. You should treat every AI output in the Service as a draft to review, not a finished decision.
Specifically, AI in the Service may:
- generate inaccurate statistics, examples, or "facts";
- misread the tone of your brand or audience;
- suggest tactics that don't fit your market, pricing, or compliance context;
- produce copy that needs editing before it's ready to publish.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in your business, sending it to clients, publishing it, running ads against it, or making financial decisions based on it.
5. What AI in the Service is not
The D4D Coach is a business coaching tool. It is not a substitute for licensed professional advice. Do not rely on AI output in the Service for:
- legal advice (contracts, IP, employment, disputes);
- financial, tax, or accounting advice;
- medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice;
- regulated marketing claims (health, finance, supplements, etc.).
For anything in those categories, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
6. Ownership of AI output
Subject to your compliance with our Terms & Conditions and the responsibilities in this policy, deliverables generated for you by the Service (e.g., your rewritten landing page copy, your ad copy, your DM scripts, your brand images) belong to you and may be used in your business.
Our underlying prompts, frameworks, coaching logic, system instructions, and the Service itself remain ours. You may not extract, copy, or resell them.
Note that under current U.S. and most international copyright law, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection on its own. If copyright matters for a specific asset, add meaningful human authorship (edits, selection, arrangement) and consider consulting an IP attorney.
7. Your responsibilities when using AI features
You agree not to use AI features in the Service to:
- impersonate another real person or brand, or create deepfakes;
- generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets minors;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights (including uploading photos of people without their permission);
- make false claims about earnings, health outcomes, or other regulated topics;
- generate spam, malware, phishing content, or content designed to deceive (including fake reviews or fake testimonials);
- attempt to extract our system prompts, jailbreak the coach, or otherwise circumvent safety controls;
- re-train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI product on top of our outputs.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse AI features, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Inputs you should not submit
To protect you and others, please do not paste into the Service:
- government IDs, full payment-card numbers, or banking credentials;
- health records, diagnoses, or other special-category personal data about yourself or third parties;
- confidential client information, NDAs you don't have rights to share, or third-party trade secrets;
- content you don't have the right to use (e.g., other people's copyrighted writing or photos).
9. Disclosure and labeling
Any feedback, copy, audit, report, or image generated by the Service is AI-assisted unless we explicitly label it as human-authored. When you publish AI-assisted output (ad copy, posts, emails, etc.), we encourage you to follow the disclosure rules of the platforms you publish on and the regulations of your jurisdiction.
10. Children
The AI features are intended for adults running their own businesses. They are not directed to children under 16 and should not be used to generate content aimed at children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this AI Policy as the underlying technology, providers, or features change. If changes are material, we will notify you (for example, by email or by posting a notice in the app) before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above tells you when this policy was last revised.
