Refund Policy

The 7-Day Client Challenge and the D4D Coach are digital products. The full program, including all coaching frameworks, AI-generated feedback, and downloadable deliverables, is delivered to your account immediately upon purchase.

All sales are final

Because access to the digital content is granted immediately at checkout, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product, that access begins immediately, and that you are not entitled to a refund or cancellation once the purchase is complete.

Subscriptions

Recurring D4D Coach plans (Essentials, Builder, Founder) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you will retain access through the end of the current paid period. Already-billed subscription charges are non-refundable, including for unused time on the current cycle.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under mandatory local law, email us at the address below and we will review your request in good faith.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any verified billing mistake.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to our payment processor.
